Assist the Director of Services in all aspects of Housekeeping operations, in the various sections of the department. To ensure that only the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained. To supervise and train housekeeping associates in accordance with approved policies and procedure. Assume the responsibilities of the Director of Services in her/his absence. 协助客房服务总监管理客房部所有分部门的营运，维护高标准的服务标准，根据相关政策管理并培训客房部员工，在服务总监不在时担当起责任。
