岗位概述： 确保管家服务理念保持瑞吉的高标准。管家是酒店里和所有客人接触最多的人。预知客人的要求并应答客人的问题，向其提供超出他们期望的服务。 Job Summary: To ensure that the Butler Service concept and Guest Room final product are maintained at a high standard expected in a St. Regis. The Butler is the Main contact with all Guests in the hotel. To anticipate and deliver Guests request and answer Guest questions on a consistent basis to exceed their expectations.
