宴会统筹经理Event Manager

MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 主要职责: Ensure that all catering business is handled professionally through coordinating closely with the Banquet Team and the Sales Team. 与宴会服务团队和销售团队紧密合作，保证所有宴会会议活动专业有序的进行。 Take over from the Sales Team once a banquet contract is signed. Follow up on all details of the event including deposits, set up, menus, program rundown and payment. 从销售团队处接手所有已经合同签字确认的活动，与客户确认所有活动细节，包括：定金支付，场地布置，菜单选择， 活动流程及最后结账方式。 JOB SPECIFICATION职位要求 : · Minimum 2-year work experience in hotel industry from a sizeable international hotel organization with catering sales / operation experience. 至少2年以上国际大型连锁酒店宴会销售或宴会服务部门工作经验。 · Knowledge of local market and business practice. 了解本地宴会市场，具有相关的实践经验。 · Ability to comply reports as required using appropriate computer software. 熟练使用电脑，熟悉相关软件，尤其需要擅长报表制作。 · Good interpersonal skills and listening skills. 良好的人际关系处理能力及倾听技巧。 · Ability to communicate effectively with various departments. 良好的与各不同部门沟通的能力。 · Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin / Chinese. 中英文的口头和书面熟练表达能力。
