【岗位职责】 1、场所灯光昏暗，应勤巡查，勤观察，勤为宾客服务，多推销饮料。 2、注意场所安全，遇突发事件应妥善处理，或及时向上级汇报。 3、准备多种食品和饮料，为宾客热情周到服务。 4、根据酒吧工作的服务操作程序，为宾客提供适当服务。 5、保持卫生整洁，空气清新。 【岗位要求】 1、 熟悉酒吧的服务特点和服务项目。 2、 较强的酒店产品推销能力。 3、 具有较好的人际关系处理能力，善于处理宾客之间的关系。 Job Responsibilities Conduct frequent patrols and observations in the dimly lit venue, provide attentive service to guests, and actively promote beverages. Ensure venue safety; properly handle emergencies or report to supervisors in a timely manner. Prepare a variety of food and beverages, and deliver warm and thoughtful service to guests. Provide appropriate services to guests in accordance with the bar’s service procedures and standards. Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and fresh air in the working area. Job Requirements Be familiar with the service characteristics and offerings of the bar. Possess strong skills in promoting hotel products and services. Have excellent interpersonal skills and be competent in managing guest relations.
