This position is concerned with the day to day supervision of the Bar operation of the Hotel and compliance with established restaurant policies and procedures of this Hotel. 这个职位是关于管理监督酒店的酒廊的日常运行，同时遵守酒店的规定和程序工作。 As a team leader to direct and work with food and beverage management team and associates to successfully execute restaurant operations; strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. 主管的职责是领导班组中直接和食物以及饮料接触的领导，完成餐厅的运行，不断提高员工和客人的满意度，最大的完成销售目标。
