岗位职责负责中式点心、包子、馒头、糕点、广式茶点等制作出品做好点心食材配比、和面、成型、蒸制等全流程工作负责点心区域设备、工具清洁保养，食材分类存放把控点心口感、品相，保证出品标准化、卫生合规岗位要求熟练掌握各类中式点心制作工艺，手法熟练持有有效健康证，讲究个人及岗位卫生
