负责宾客迎送、行李搬运、寄存及保管工作 2. 为宾客提供咨询引导、交通代办、景点指引等便民服务 3. 协助宾客办理入住、退房相关手续，传递宾客需求与物品 4. 维护大堂区域秩序，做好宾客接待及应急协助工作 5. 协助酒店其他部门完成礼宾服务相关必备事项
