MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 职责概要： To ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Chinese restaurant. Operate the venue as a business unit as per the standards and procedures and practice managerial principles, in order to achieve departmental goals, in terms of Guest Satisfaction, financial targets, training and high employee morale. 确保中餐厅的顺利和高效运作。按照标准、程序和实践管理原则来运营，以达到部门目标，包括客人满意度、财务目标、培训和员工士气。 Handle cashes, petty cashes,checks,bills,long/short cashes legally according to Marriott policy and procedure. 按照酒店万豪政策合规处理现金、备用金、支票、信用卡、账单、长短款等，遵守所有公司政策和程序。
