Concierge 礼宾员

Assist the Concierge Supervisor in the daily operation of the Concierge Desk. Provide special arrangements or service to all guests, by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Engage with guest while creating memorable experience by using empowerment, handling guest opportunities to achieve guest satisfaction. 协助礼宾部主管负责礼宾台日常运作。协调和安排客人的特殊需求。主动与客人情感联系，通过使用授权来创造一个难忘的经历，把握好每个机会去满足客人。
