To Supervises junior staffs and oversees operation in her/his respective outlet. 2. Ensuring and maintaining the highest standard of quality in relate to presentation, supervision and control of food and beverage service in order to maximize profitability and customers’ satisfaction. 3. Maintains excellent relations and communications with his restaurant team members as well as all other hotel department. 4. Assisting the Restaurant / Assistant Restaurant Manager to achieve the monthly budget for their respective restaurant.
