Housekeeping Supervisor 客房部主管

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms and the public areas. Ensures that all rooms are checked according to Bulgari standards and procedures. Coordinates with Room Attendants and Front Office to return rooms on a priority basis. Reports any discrepancy and maintenance issues to the office. Assist in the training and monitoring of new staff. 客房部楼层主管负责客房和公共场所的整洁；保证所有房间都按照宝格丽酒店的标准和步骤检查好；协调客房服务员和前台优先打扫出需要进客的房间； 报告差异房态和维修需求给客房办公室；协助培训和督导新员工。
