About The Role

负责酒店电话接听、转接、留言记录传达，保证通话及时礼貌应答 2. 解答宾客基础咨询，同步客房、预订、设施服务信息，做好简单问询处理 3. 准确记录叫醒服务、特殊需求，按时执行提醒并跟进反馈 4. 做好来电信息登记，配合前台、客房、后勤各部门联动对接 5. 维护话务设备日常状态，遵守酒店服务礼仪与保密规章制度
