About The Role

1）按工作程序迅速、准确地转接每一个来电，保证通讯工作畅通，做好各项记录 2）对客人的询问要热情，礼貌迅速的应答，为客人提供咨询、转接、叫醒等服务 3）熟悉酒店内部组织架构，牢记酒店主要负责人和各部门负责人姓名、分机号 4）与同事做好交接班工作
