洗衣房服务员 Laundry Attendant

MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 职责概要： Handles guest laundry. 负责洗衣房客衣工作. SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务: 1. Knowledge and correct handling of the different types of guest laundry. 熟悉并能正确处理各种不同的客衣. 2. Report any faults of equipment to the Laundry Shift-leader or Laundry Manager immediately. 立即向洗衣房经理和主管汇报有关设备故障的问题。 3. Handle guest items with utmost care, to avoid damages, shrinkage, lost buttons etc. 细心处理客人衣物，尽量避免损坏、缩水、丢失纽扣等。 4. Collect guest laundry when requested, ensuring correct room-number is noted. Inspect all items and note any damages, discolor etc. before and after cleaning. Report to the Shift-leader if you don’t know the material of the clothes. 在有要求时收集客人衣物，确保准确记录客人房号。洗衣前后检查所有项目并记录损坏、褪色等，对自己不熟悉的衣料不能擅自处理。 5. Deliver high quality service to guests. 向客人提供优质服务。 6. Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met. 确保客人需求和合理要求被满足。 7. Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service. 不断地寻找机会发展对客服务。 8. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures. 坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。 9. Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in your work area. 保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁。 10.
