MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES责任概要: To ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of Fitness Center. 确保健身中心的干净整洁 SPECIFIC DUTIES工作任务: Customer Service 宾客服务 § Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times. 确保遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。 § Provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate. 适当时为其他部门的内部客人提供优质服务。 § Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. 礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问，确保问题得到圆满解决。 § Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships. 与客人和同事保持基于良好工作关系的互动接触。 § Establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships. 与客人建立并保持良好的客户关系。 营运 Operational § Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene, cleanliness and orderliness of the Fitness Center facilities including all outdoor facilities, swimming pools, wet facilities and locker room areas, indoor changing area and spa facility. 用最高卫生标准确保健身中心所有设备设施干净、整洁、有序，包括：室外设施，泳池，洗浴设施、更衣区，室内更衣区和水疗设施。 § Control all Fitness Centre linen according to the department operation procedures. 根据部门运营程序，严格控制健身中心所有布草。 § Maintains close scrutiny and stock check of all cleaning materials and to advise the Manager when stock needs reordering. 保持定期盘点清洁物品，并及时上报经理及时补货。 § Reports any maintenance/repairs needed or any defects in equipment, fixtures and other areas. 及时上报所辖区域设施维修需求。 § Ensure that all customers' needs with regards to cleanliness and hygiene are attended to promptly and efficiently by having a continual surveillance of the respective areas in the fitness center. 确保第一时间对健身中心区域内所有客人的卫生清洁需求给予帮助、解决并始终保持关注。 § Assist with removal or installation of equipment and furniture. 协助对设施及家具的搬运和安装。 § Sets up and dismantles equipment in areas for special activities and events. 举办活动或宴会时，协助安置和拆除设施。
