Key Responsibilities: 核心职责： · Oversee F&B and Rooms operations, deliver Bvlgari luxury standards · Manage all outlets, innovate with Executive Chef · Lead Front Office and Housekeeping, optimize revenue · Own divisional P&L, control costs to achieve budget goals · Maintain owner relations, report operational performance · Supervise safety and fire prevention, ensure zero incidents · Develop team talents, drive high performance · Maintain key guest relationships, resolve inquiries 统筹餐饮与房务运营，确保宝格丽奢华标准 · 监管所有餐饮场所，与总厨协同创新 · 指导前厅与客房团队，优化收益管理 · 负责运营部门损益，通过成本控制实现预算 · 维护业主关系，定期汇报运营业绩与计划 · 监督安全生产与消防责任，确保合规零事故 · 培养部门经理，打造高绩效团队 · 维护核心客户关系，处理复杂诉求 Requirements: 任职要求： · 10+ years luxury hotel ops experience, Mainland Chinese · Strong F&B background (mandatory) · Bvlgari or luxury lifestyle brand experience preferred · Leadership, business acumen, bilingual · 10年以上奢华酒店运营经验，中国大陆籍 · 深厚餐饮背景（必备） · 宝格丽或顶级奢华品牌经验优先 · 卓越领导力、商业敏锐度、中英文流利
