楼宇服务工程师 Building Services Engineer

MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 职责概要： Responsible for supervising the operation, repair and maintenance of all engineering projects, supervise duty associates and log down any special events. 负责监督酒店内各项工程系统每日的操作、维修及保养，监督值勤人员及记录与工程有关之特别事项。 SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务: l Supervises the repair, maintenance and engineering operations according to the departmental standards. 根据部门标准监督维修，维护及工程部操作。 l Makes sure all the facilities are in normal operation. 确保当值时间内各项设施运作正常。 l Supervise all engineering projects and regular inspection of all facilities. 视察酒店内所有工程运作, 定时巡视各项设施。 l Provide report of the conditions of machineries at the end of the day. 于下班前向上级汇报各类机械的运作情况。 l Make sure all equipment, maintenance and repair work could complete soon. 确保当值时间内各项装置、保养及检修工程快捷地完成。 l Follow-up all contracted projects. 跟办合约工程。 l Follow-up the previous shift uncompleted works. 跟办上一班次未完成的工作。 l Check completed project. 验收完成工程。 l Deal and resolve any emergency situations during shift duty and analyze the reason of each problem. 于当值时间内处理及解决紧急事故, 并分析故障原因。 l Organize and guide the Building Service Supervisors. 组织及指导楼宇设备督导的工作。 l Promote the effective internal management system. 促进有效的内部管理系统。 l Check each team working log. 检查各小组之工作记录。 l Report all completed works. 报告已完成之指派工作。 l Ensure all necessary materials and tools are sufficient. Check the stock, distribute materials and suggest the quantity of replenishment. 确保内部所需物料及工具之充足供应，检查库存量，分配用量及建议补足数量。 l Promote work efficiency in the department. 促进本部门之日常操作效率。 l Distribute work effectively and supervise working schedule of Associates carefully. 有效地分配工作，并且密切监督属下员工之工作进度。 l Resolve related engineering problems. 解决各项有关工程问题。 l Ensures that employees follow all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security. 确保员工遵守酒店，公司及当地关于防火、危害、健康和安全的制度，法律、政策。 l Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required. 根据安排参加酒店及部门的培训和会议。 l Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. 完成指定工作任务，承担责任。
