Ensure Health Club is always in the state of art condition and maintain it as a safe and comfortable workout area than a conventional gym. Safety for all guests is a top priority and should always ensure all equipment are properly maintained and clean daily. 确保健身中心处于最佳服务状态，保证其安全性和舒适性优于其它酒店。对客安全将是永远被放在第一优先，并确保器材总是清洁和良好运行。 SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務 : 1. Ensure guidelines and directives on safety and security for guests’ and hotel’s assets are implemented and followed. Following all procedures in Marriott. 确保对酒店资产及宾客的安全和保密方面的指导方针和指示得到充分执行和贯彻。遵守万豪集团所有程序。 2. Always ensure that the cleanliness of the place is always in excellent condition. i.e. free form dust and dirt, algae or mildew, etc. 永远确保工作区域清洁并保持最佳状态，如：飞扬的灰尘和垃圾，藻类和霉斑等。 3. Carry out all safety practises in all area, mainly the work out room and the swimming pool. 保证所有区域活动安全，特别是健身区和游泳池。 4. Inspect the recreation area frequently and consistently to ensure that all Standards of cleanliness and safety are followed, properly and clearly displayed and that all associates abide to all procedure without compromising them. 定期并多次对工作场所进行检查，确保达到清洁和安全标准，所有员工坚持操作流程。 5. Report all defects, and unsafe areas for the guests to engineering and Housekeeper to keep ooperation updated. 向工程部及部门报告任何在本中心发生的安全隐患和器材损坏情况并及时更新。 6. Ensure locker rooms are in good condition and that all associates are checking, cleaning and maintain the area regularly. 对更衣区进行常规检查，清洁和日常维护，确保更衣区处于最佳状态。 7. Sourcing for amenities for the shower room as and when required. 保证浴室有充足的一次性用品提供。 8. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time. 有时要接受其他的工作安排。 9. Maintain effective service in line with the Hotel’s Corporate Image 保持良好的服务并符合酒店形象 a) Company’s Grooming Standard 执行公司仪容仪表标准 b) Standard Operation Procedures 按照标准工作流程 c) Departmental Policies 遵守部门规章制度 d) Corporate Policies 遵守公司规章制度 JOB SPECIFICATION职位要求 : Profile of Competency 工作能力:  Preferably with any kind of recreation experience or service experience 拥有健身中心或酒店的工作经验者优先  Good physical and mental health 身体健康  Responsible and motivated 有责任心和富有激情  Positive attitude, cheerful disposition 积极主动和活泼开朗的性格  Adaptability to change and grow with the company 愿意与酒店一起改进和成长 Language 语言能力:  Able to read and write English fluently 可以用英语进行熟练读写 Education 教育:  Preferably above senior-high school qualification 高中以上学历 Job License 资格 / 等级证:  Preferably “Health and Fitness instructor” Certificatory qualification or equivalent 拥有健身教练员证书者优先
