Major Functions 主要职能 Ensure quality function is aligned with JW corporate standard and requirement. 保证质量功能与JW万豪标准和要求相一致 Ensure all quality information are documented, summarized and communicated. 确保所有的质量信息被准确记录，总结和交流 Assist all departments to achieve quality goals. 协助各部门质量目标的实现 Partner with operation departments to achieve their quality goals through quality initiatives. 通过质量的措施帮助运营部门达到质量目标 Participate in project teams to develop and implement quality strategies and plans. 参与项目团队开发和实施质量战略和计划 Specific Duties 具体职责 Ensure quality function is aligned with JW standard and requirement. 保证质量功能与JW万豪标准和要求相一致 Implement initiatives and projects required by JW Brand. 根据JW万豪的品牌要求实施质量相关的项目。 Attend regular quality conference calls. 定期参加电话会议 Communicate the quality issues with other departments. 与其他部门沟通质量问题 Communicate with corporate and other JW properties to share best practices. 和其他JW万豪酒店沟通并共享最佳实践 Be a quality ambassador of JW Marriott Beijing. 成为北京JW万豪酒店的质量大使 Ensure all quality information are documented, summarized and communicated. 确保所有的质量信息被准确记录，总结和交流 Document and communicate all quality information with other departments, including information from Gallup Individual GIA, IDR, Individual Guest Satisfaction Scores, Meeting Planner Satisfaction Scores, Post-con Reports, Email Surveys, etc. GSS reports from MQA website. 记录和沟通质量信息与其他部门，包括盖洛普提供的GIA，IDR，会议组织者满意度报告等。JW万豪客人的满意度报告等相关的质量数据。 Ensure Gallup Comprehensive Reports are downloaded and saved timely and accurately On 20th of each month. Ensure GSS reports are downloaded and saved every Friday and communicate with all managers. 在每个月二十号下载并保存及时准确地盖洛普报告，在每周五下载并保存GSS报告并及时和其他经理分享。 Write Monthly Top Three Individual Guest Defects and communicate with all department heads in a timely manner 记录并分享月度发生频率最高的问题，及时和部门采取行动解决 Conduct quality survey through e-mail, phone call or conversation with hotel guests. 进行质量调查，通过电子邮件，电话或与客人交谈 Track and analyze key quality drivers and communicate the interpretation to other departments 跟踪和分析关键质量驱动因素并和运营部门交流分析。 Update quality board 更新质量园地。 Assist all departments to achieve quality goals. 协助各部门质量目标的实 Provide key departments with quality consultation in departmental strategic planning 提供关键部门与部门战略规划质量咨询 Ensure quality scores and comments are communicated to concerned departments timely through conversation, emails, and presentation 及时通过交谈，电子邮件，和演示确保质量分数和意见传达到相关部门 Partner with key departments to identify the gap between current situation and quality goals. 和关键部门合作识别现状及质量目标的差距 Partner with key departments to develop and implement quality improvement plan or project 与关键部门合作制定和实施质量改进计划或项目 Partner with training department to develop quality training programs 和培训部门制定质量培训计划 Promote quality awareness and provide experienced guidance through training 提高质量意识，通过培训为员工提供指导 Energize operation departments’ reporting of service defects 帮助部门总结并分析部门的服务缺陷报告 Partner with operation departments to achieve their quality goals through quality initiatives. 通过质量的措施帮助运营部门达到质量目标 IDENTIFY the root cause of wastage and operation process deficiency or defects 确定在运行过程中的不足或缺陷的根本原因 MEASURE the financial impact caused by wastage and operation process deficiency or defects. 衡量操作过程的不足或缺陷对酒店财务的影响以及所造成的浪费 ANALYZE the operation process deficiency or defects 分析操作过程的不足或缺陷 DEVELOP efficient operation procedures and practices 开发高效的运作程序和做法 IMPLEMENT plans to reduce wastage and improve the efficiency of operation process 执行计划，降低消耗和提高业务效率 Participate in project teams to develop and implement quality strategies and plans. 参与项目团队开发和实施质量战略和计划 Develop and implement annual quality strategic plan that is consistent with corporate philosophy and business objectives. 制定和实施年度质量的战略计划，是企业文化和企业目标相一致 Identify non-conformances and recommend reactive solutions and proactive plans 识别不符合的解决方案和计划 Undertake internal quality audit to ensure that the operation departments follow the required procedures and quality standards 进行内部质量审核以确保运营部门按照规定的程序和质量标准
