该职位需要既能像生意人又能像市场销售专家一样把各部门经营好。通过计划、组织、指导和管理餐饮部的各项运营以确保每个餐厅，酒吧，宴会都能独立的产出利润，体现W品牌标准并最大程度保证客人满意。 To function as the Business Manager for the Beverage & Food Department and as a Marketing Specialist to ensure that the Beverage & Food venues and Banquet Department are managed as successful independent profit centre, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with the W Standards, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Beverage & Food operation and administration. 紧密协助总经理贯彻，完成或保持酒店及万豪国际集团的目标和任务。 Work closely with the General Manager in implementing, achieving and maintaining the hotel’s and Marriott International goals and objectives. 作为酒店行政委员会的成员之一，完全参与酒店管理。 Participate in hotel management as a member of the hotel Executive Team. 热爱“W”品牌及其生活方式，总是对市场潮流十分敏感。总是寻找新的东西来领导市场。 Love the “W” brand and life style, passion with the new market trend, always looking for what’s New, What’s next.
