Director of Sales & Marketing is the strategic business leader for the hotel’s Sales & Marketing department and responsible for the property's sales & marketing efforts. Oversee the operation of Sales, Catering, Public Relations and Reservations. Set up overall strategies for sales, promotions and advertising. The position shares responsibility for achieving revenue goals, guest and associate satisfaction and the financial performance of the department. To implement the Marriott brand service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process. Ensure that all strategies are set up in line with the positioning of the hotel and are according to Marriott corporate guidelines.
