Job Purpose Statement 工作目的： 为前往百汇医疗各机构就诊的患者提供直接、全面且以客户服务为导向的护理服务。To provide direct, holistic and customer service-oriented patient care for patients during their visit to Parkway. Key Accountabilities 主要工作职责： Plan and perform direct patient care competently and independently, including outpatient SOC patients and customers. 计划并独立胜任地执行直接患者护理工作，包括但不限于综合门诊的患者/客户。 Provide high standards and safe patient care提供高标准且安全的患者护理。 Department and Shanghai Health Bureau. 践行质量管理部及相关卫生机构制定的安全标准，推动安全文化与优质护理。 Ensure patient satisfaction with good, prompt and attentive service and clean, pleasant environment通过优质高效服务与整洁舒适环境提升患者满意度。 Maintains professional standards 保持专业水准。 Exercises economy and care in the use of equipment and supplies 节约使用物资设备。Helps monitor inventory for medication, supplies and equipment; Maintains par level and avoid over-stocking. 协助管理药品、耗材及设备库存，保持合理存量避免积压。 Job Requirements 任职要求： 毕业于中国教育部认可的护理院校，大专及以上学历。 持有效的护理资格证、执业证、职称证等相关证书。 至少5年及以上综合性医院临床工作经验。 流利的英语沟通能力，能进行韩语或者日语沟通的作为加分项。 具备优秀的团队合作精神和跨部门沟通能力，胜任多学科的工作模式和多元化工作环境，展现良好客户服务技能，能与患者及家属有效沟通。 拥有较强的自驱力和主人翁意识，乐于在快节奏的工作环境中主动定义问题并推动解决，积极为科室/业务发展和患者体验贡献新想法。 接受灵活的临床工作时间（如延长日班或周末班）
