Pharmacy Manager 药剂科经理

Key Accountabilities 主要工作职责： a) Develop pharmacy policy and standard operating procedure. 制定药剂科政策及标准操作流程 b) Ensure all procedures conform to legal and hospital policy requirements.确保药剂科所有流程符合法律及医院政策要求 c) Manage the development commissioning, daily operation, solves operation problems to ensure smooth setting up and operation. 监管药剂科筹备和日常工作，解决并确保平稳运营 d) Establish pharmacy inventory management system to optimize pharmacy inventory and budget control. 建立库存管理系统以优化库存和预算控制 e) Establish drug quality and safety monitor system, handling the quality complaints. 建立药品质量安全监控体系，处理质量投诉 f) Monitor and review the drug safety and treatment risk during clinical treatment schemes. 监控和审查临床治理方案中的药品安全和治疗风险 g) Develop and deliver educational, training and development programs for pharmacy staff. 为药剂科专业人员提供发展及教育或培训计划 h) Organize and play important role in PTC meeting. 组织药事管理与药物治疗学委员会并发挥重要作用 Qualifications & Experience 任职资质及经验： a) Master or above equivalent in Pharmacy or Clinical Pharmacy from accredited institution 正规院校硕士及以上药学或临床药学专业毕业 b) Chinese professional title with senior pharmacist/chief pharmacist. 主管药师或以上职称 c) Minimum 10 years working experience in hospital/community pharmacy, more than 4 years as management position. 至少10年药剂科工作经验，管理经验不少于4年 d) Professional and Interpersonal skills. 具备专业知识和沟通技巧 e) Able to manage staff as well as to lead, plan, develop and operate a major pharmacy service. 具备有效的人员管理能力，可以领导、规划和发展药剂科服务运作 f) Abundant management knowledge skills 丰富的管理知识和技巧 g) Excellent in written as well as spoken in Mandarin and English. 优秀的中英文书写和口语表达能力
