Senior Systems Specialist - IT Infrastructure - FCS - Shanghai

Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Manager to lead the operation and optimization of our hybrid infrastructure across on-premises data centers and multi-cloud environments (Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Huoshan Cloud, Azure). This role requires technical leadership in enterprise networking and security with deep understanding of switching, routing, load balancing, AP, firewall from multiple vendors (e.g., Cisco, F5, Juniper Mist, Palo-Alto, Arista Velo Cloud, Imperva eg, ). The manager need ensure system stability, security, and compliance. Responsibilities Assist the architecture design and management of data center and network infrastructure. Delivery L3 Network support; Diagnose and resolve network and system issues. Manage network architecture and operations across multi-vendor environments, ensuring high availability and performance. Manage the lifecycle of on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of network systems Monitor system and infrastructure alerts, perform incident handling, problem troubleshooting, and escalation as needed. Support cloud network operations, including responding to alerts and fulfilling service requests. Deliver end-to-end infrastructure support for office setup, relocation, and closure projects. Evaluate latest network technology, planning for network infrastructure upgrade and solution implementation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Requires over 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, with a focus on IT network management. CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification is REQUIRED, preferably with a CCIE certification Professional qualification in any of the following will be added an advantage - PCNSA/PCNSE/PCCSE/F5 certificates In-depth knowledge of multi-vendor network devices and their technical details. Proven experience with Network & Infrastructure monitoring and supporting. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Fluent in both spoken and written English.
