Essential criteria ： 1. Bachelor's degree or higher from a full-time accredited university program, a major in information management, computer science and software engineering, Statistic is preferred. 2. Experienced on VBA, SQL, Python, Power BI. 3. Willing to acquire cross-functional knowledge about accounting\ auditing\ data analysis related knowledge. 4. Good communication skills in written English; Effective interpersonal and influencing skills. 5. Good logical thinking, willing to take the initiative to learn new knowledge and engage in data analytics work. 6. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage multi tasks at the same period. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high commitment to quality client service. 7. Able to travel in short-term and work in high-intensity work environment. 1.全日制统招本科及以上学历，信息管理、计算机科学及软件工程、大数据审计等专业优先考虑。 2.拥有VBA/SQL/Python/Power BI相关项目经验。 3.愿意跨专业学习财务、审计、内控、数据分析等领域知识。 4.良好的英语书写能力，高效的沟通能力。 5.具备良好的逻辑思维能力, 愿意主动学习新知识并且从事数据分析工作。 6.能独立承担相应的工作, 具备同时处理多任务的能力；较强的分析与解决问题的能力, 并满足质量要求。 7.能够适应出差和高强度的工作环境。 Advantage criteria ： 1. Knowledge on operating databases (e.g., Access, UNIX, Oracle, MS SQL) is advantage. 2. Knowledge and experience on any of the soft wares below is an advantage: SAAS/JAVA/Oracle/UiPath. 3. Experience in process optimization, automation is preferred. 4.
