Business Analyst - IT - FCS - Shanghai

Job descriptions and responsibilities: · Deliver end-to-end business solutions in line with IT strategy · Work closely with local and remote IT teams to assess technical and operational requirements of business solutions, and implement system solutions · Write professional comprehensive documentation; including but not limited to project proposals, requirement specifications, functional specifications, implementation plans, test plans, user guides and deployment plans · Support end-to-end application implementation services and project delivery · Arrange user acceptance test and production rollouts · Stay close to the business development of various lines of service and cultivate strong relationships with end users · Explore and recommend new technologies to improvements to existing IT services · Identify potential construction-related issues and provide appropriate solutions · Prepare regular management reports on the progress of the projects and oversee quality control throughout project’s life cycle · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing needs of clients, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Job Requirements: · Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines · At least 5 years working experience in solution advisory, software design, with at least 3 projects working as project manager is preferable · Proven ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term relationships · Proven experience in project management over full delivery cycle with agile methodology · Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem solving and communication skills, especially the ability to translate complex technology concepts into easy to understand and compelling messages · Strong business sense and excellent in business writing skills · Strong sense at design of user experience and attention to details · Strong research and learning skills to always keep in pace with the latest technology · Soundtrack record for successful systems implementation under the role of Business Analyst / Solution Specialist · Ability to maintain effective cross teams ‘communication and good relationships with team members · Excellent organizational and time management skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure · Fluent in Mandarin and Proficient in English · Knowledge in SQL, noSQL, Azure DevOps and BI report is a plus · Knowledge in security design principal is a plus
