For data/digital/AI service: mainly AI for IA, commercial excellence consulting, etc. Role and Responsibility: Taking a key role in delivering work (e.g., analyzing data, summarizing findings, building proof-of-concepts, and drafting reports) Working closely with the client, their partners, and the engagement team on daily communication and updates Designing AI use scenarios and finetuning the user experience, defining the future operating model Driving service deployment (e.g. data foundation, data quality enhancement, etc.) Coaching and guiding junior team members Requirements: 4-5 years of relevant working experience in consulting, data analytics, or digital solution delivery. Extensive knowledge of data analytics, AI/ML concepts, and their business application in automation or commercial functions. Strong business acumen, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, team-working, and resilience under pressure. Deep-dive understanding of commercial operations (sales, marketing, supply chain) or being a quick learner. Fluent in English (both oral and written, e.g., familiar with writing English reports and leading client workshops in English).
