Transfer Pricing - Transfer Pricing Generalist - Associate/Senior Associate

职责描述： • Build valuation or other analysis models or review analyses shared by clients for equity, asset (such as intangible assets) and special target appraisal • Draft appraisal summaries or reports as agreed to be the engagement deliverables for clients • Prepare pitchbooks, marketing materials or professional articles for promoting the tax valuation services for firm • Establish and maintain communications with clients as requested for fact finding and advice sharing • Participate in knowledge and experience sharing within team • Exercise professional judgment on engagements by proactively seeking and providing solutions and recommendations 任职要求： • Strong background in valuation with a Bachelor or higher degree in Business or Finance • Minimum 1-3 years of experiences in equity and business appraisal, asset appraisal and valuation applied in tax/ transfer pricing context • Must have: Financial modelling and financial statement analysis skills • Strong analytical and Microsoft suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience in other data analysis tools (PowerBI, Alteryx or Tableau) will be a plus • Ability to explain difficult financial modelling and valuation concepts to diverse audiences • Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with clients and staff in consultative settings • Excellent professional oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English to establish strong working relationships with client personnel • Certified Public Valuer (CPV), CPA and CFA holder preferred
