Cybersecurity Senior Associate/Manager (Japanese Business) - R&R - Consulting - Shanghai

Job Description & Responsibilities As a manager, you will work closely with team members and senior management to focus on expanding cybersecurity services for Japanese corporate clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conducting compliance consulting and assessments in accordance with local and industry regulations; Providing advisory services on cybersecurity governance, strategic planning, and management systems; Performing security technical assessments (i.e. vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and configuration reviews); Providing security operations (i.e. Security Operations Center (SOC), red teaming and incident response); and Acting as Project Management Office (PMO) within cybersecurity projects. Requirements A bachelor’s degree or above 5-8 years’ experience working for Japanese company or providing cybersecurity services to Japanese companies. Proven project experience in cybersecurity proposing, management, implementation, and operations, or relevant experience in a cybersecurity consulting role. Prior experience at IT/Security or management consulting firms, Big 4 accounting firms, or any major companies , with hands-on experience in project proposal/planning, management, and delivering. Ability to work directly with client executives, Global Team and other stakeholders. Ability to work directly with client executives, Global Team and other stakeholders.
