Manager/SA - SAP Basis Consultant - CHT - Technology Consulting - Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and perform SAP system installations, configurations, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of SAP systems, resolving any issues promptly. • Collaborate with functional teams to provide technical support and ensure seamless integration across SAP modules. • Develop and implement SAP Basis strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance system performance and reliability. • Lead and participate in SAP system upgrades and migrations, with a focus on minimizing risk and downtime. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to manage system enhancements and support agreements. • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain accurate and comprehensive records. • Stay current with the latest SAP technologies and trends to ensure the organization leverages new opportunities. Qualifications: • Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • At least 3 years of SAP Basis experience, with a preference for candidates with upgrade project involvement. • Strong experience in SAP Basis administration with a focus on system upgrades and migrations. • In-depth knowledge of SAP system architecture, including database management, application servers, and network components. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
