Responsbilities： • Perform risk management procedures including drafting engagement letters and budgeting projects; • Scope out projects; • Identify deal issues and provide suggestions for solutions; • Assist clients in deal structuring and documentation matters; • Work closely with tax diligence, valuations diligence and commercial diligence teams to develop and execute joint projects; • Manage deliverables and project economics. Requirements： • Two to five years of relevant experience including audit, due diligence and consulting; • Big Four accounting firm or equivalent background preferred; • CICPA qualified and technically strong; • Experienced in managing MNC and domestic clients; • Excellent business sense and commercially aware; • Excellent financial and business analytical skills; • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; and • Bright, team players, who work effectively under pressure.
