Senior Associate - Health&Life Science - Transformation - Consulting, Beijing/Shanghai

Join our China H&LS practice to lead end-to-end strategy and transformation projects for multinational and leading domestic pharma, med-tech and digital-health clients. You will turn ambiguous market, regulatory and operational challenges into pragmatic, high-impact solutions. Responsibilities Assist in structuring and solving complex problems using data, stakeholder insights, and consulting frameworks. Support workstreams under the guidance of project managers, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Help prepare client deliverables and communicate findings in both Mandarin and English. Track market and policy trends to support the development of client insights and recommendations. Requirements 3-4 years of consulting experiences, preferably in Pharm or related sector Bachelor or advanced degree (Master/PhD/MBA) in pharmaceutical science, life science, medicine or related fields Experienced in advanced data & analytics Influencing skills / leadership potential; Intellectual rigor, flexibility, and agility Excellent communication skills; bilingual in English and Mandarin
