About The Role

Overall Summary: Our professional consultants specialize in SAP system implementation and management consulting, delivering complex solutions to a diverse client base including multinational, state-owned, and private enterprises. Manager-SAP Consulting-Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen Reports to: Senior Manager and above. Position Summary: The Manager leads a team of consultants and owns the delivery of mid-to-large scale SAP project workstreams or smaller engagements. This role is responsible for client relationship management at the operational level, solution design, team leadership, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Senior Consultants and Consultants; manage task allocation, performance, and professional development. Manage the end-to-end delivery of SAP implementation workstreams or support portfolios. Facilitate workshops with senior client stakeholders to design business processes and solution architectures. Oversee system design, configuration, and critical issue resolution, providing expert guidance. Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and communication for assigned engagements. Drive practice development initiatives, such as creating reusable assets, methodology enhancements, and conducting internal training. Play a key role in business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science. An advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, SAP certification) is preferred. 5 - 8 years of progressive experience in SAP implementations, with at least 2 years in a team lead or project management capacity. Deep functional expertise in one or more SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, PS, FICO, Public Cloud) and understanding of cross-module integration, EWM experience preferred for MM module. Demonstrated experience in the full project lifecycle: design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment. Proven track record of managing project deliverables against schedule and budget. Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential Senior Consultant-SAP Consulting-Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen Reports to: Manager and above. Position Summary: The Senior Consultant is a key execution-focused role responsible for hands-on SAP configuration, requirement analysis, and solution delivery under guidance. This individual works directly with client stakeholders to implement and support SAP modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Configure SAP solutions within focused modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, PS, Public cloud) based on functional specifications. Execute testing cycles (unit, integration) and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented SAP systems, resolving functional issues. Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation for specific processes. Work closely with technical teams to support integration activities. Document configurations, processes, and functional specifications accurately. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in SAP implementation projects. Hands-on configuration experience in at least two primary SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, PS, Public Cloud), EWM experience preferred for MM module. Proven ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a significant advantage. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
