Responsibilities: Engage in the business and technology transformation program including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, Planning processes, etc. Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle systems. Manage project lifecycles from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions and guide them through implementation processes. Stay updated on Oracle technologies and industry trends, recommending best practices and contributing to process enhancements and innovation. Preferred skills A degree in computer science, computer engineering, accounting, finance or a related discipline is preferred. Over 2 years of hands-on implementation experience in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion in areas such as Financials, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or Sales and Distribution is highly preferred. Backgrounds in other ERPs (e.g. Kingdee, Yonyou, Microsoft, or JD Edwards) are welcome. Experience in management or technology consulting environments is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean is an advantage. Experience in advisory services, such as system selection, feasibility studies, business process re-engineering (BPR), project management office (PMO), or post-implementation review is preferred. Proficiency in preparing consultancy reports and presentation decks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive, committed, and self-motivated. Good team player, capable of working independently. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate.
