Job Description & Responsibilities Forensic Technology Solutions currently offer the following services to our legal and corporate clients: Computer Forensics Electronic Discovery Services Analysis/Mining of Accounting and Transactional Data Fraud Detection /Suspicious Transactions Monitoring Incident Response & Investigations As a SA/Manager, you will be managing a team of forensic technology specialists working on various projects of the nature as listed above and will be constantly challenged to demonstrate leadership, strong practice and business development skills, creative thinking and innovation to keep the practice current with market developments and technological advancements. You will also be working closely with the Practice Partner and Director on the team’s expansion plan, and determining the team’s market position in the digital forensic and eDiscovery market. Requirements Knowledge Preferred: Extensive knowledge of computer forensics, electronic discovery, data analysis and information security. Skills Preferred: Extensive experience delivering forensic technology, eDiscovery services, and building relationships with clients; Extensive experience with the following products / tools: eDiscovery platform and tools such as Relativity and Nuix, forensic imaging such as EnCase, FTK, DEFT, Kali, Paladin, Oxygen Forensic; Programming skills/experience such as Python Thorough experience identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection; and, Thorough experience as a team leader: leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation. Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 4 Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required: BS or MS degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology/Systems preferred. Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and/or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications preferred. Languages: Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written is essential. Travel: Have the flexibility/desire to travel as it is a required element of this position, and will vary with client demands.
