OGC Litigator - Legal Specialties - Senior Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking a senior litigation and regulatory lawyer to join our in-house legal team. This role will take responsibility for handling and managing a full spectrum of disputes, regulatory inquiries, investigations and selected employment matters across the Firm. The successful candidate will be expected to proactively drive the cases forward, work closely with other in-house legal team members and other functions of the Firm, and manage key stakeholders. Requirements: • Minimum 7 years PQE with a strong focus on litigation and regulatory work. • Trained at top tier firms. • Ability to develop and execute case strategies, assess legal and reputational risk, manage external counsel and budget. • Proven experience in managing complex disputes and regulatory matters with limited supervision. • Proficiency in English and Chinese (speaking, reading and drafting)
