You’ll focus on engaging and hiring the most promising college students from campus and university. You’ll build on campus relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Campus Recruitment Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the campus recruitment process and attracting top talent from universities and colleges. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in campus recruitment, campus event management, and a strong ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and exceptional organizational skills. Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing effective campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential candidates from universities and colleges. Coordinate, organise, and participate in campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and campus interviews. Build relationships with key university stakeholders, such as career services offices, faculty, and student organizations. Screen and assess resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, manage panel interviews, and recommend qualified candidates for further consideration. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements for specific campus recruitment initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS. Provide a top class candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process. Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials, such as job descriptions, interview guides, and promotional materials. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes. Act as a front-line employer branding ambassador incorporating and representing PwC's values, culture, and opportunities to prospective candidates on campus and through various recruitment channels. Support other recruitment-related activities and projects as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Marketing/ Business Administration, or any relevant fields of study. 3+ years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, marketing & event management, public relations, or a related field. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and university stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of recruitment. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Powerpoint and Excel. Candidate with excellent command of general Powerpoint and Excel formulas and commands are highly desirable. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment databases is a plus but not a must. Knowledge of campus recruitment strategies, including sourcing techniques and event planning is a plus but not a must. Candidate with language proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and English is highly desirable.
