QA Engineer (Generalist) - China Next Gen Audit - IT - FCS - Shanghai/Beijing

The Opportunity Join one of the world’s leading professional services firms as we pioneer a first-of-its-kind global accounting cloud implementation specifically for the China market. You will be part of a global team of over 200 professionals , working at the intersection ofinternational finance and cutting-edge Chinese technology. Our China-specific instance is being built from the ground up to integrate exclusively with domestic Chinese Large Language Models (LLMs) and cloud infrastructure. We are looking forbright, detail-oriented individuals to ensure the quality and integrity of this critical platform. Key Responsibilities Test Execution: Execute manual and automatedtest cases for our cloud-based accounting system, focusing on local China functionality and LLM integration. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects using global standard tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Collaboration: Work closely with a global development team to communicate bugs and verify fixes across different time zones. Local AI Verification: Assist in testing theaccuracy, safety, and compliance of domestic Chinese LLM outputs within the accounting workflow. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and documentation to meet both global quality standards and local regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Requirements Academic Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university (985/211 preferred) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field. Experience: 0–2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance. We highly value strong academic performance and a fast-learning mindset. Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. You must be comfortable participatingin meetings and writing documentation for a global audience. Technical Savvy: Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies. The "Plus" Factor: Prior exposure to or a strong interest in Chinese AI frameworks (e.g., Baidu Wenxin Yiyan,Alibaba Tongyi Qianwen, or Zhipu AI) is a significant advantage. Mindset: A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work effectively within a large, multi-cultural team.
