Assist in the creation of high-quality proposal solutions that meet all requirements, as well as collaboration with others to provide a superior client experience. • Choose appropriate approaches data collection and analysis, as well as develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client's business strategy. • To simplify complex messages, highlight and summarize key points. • Experiment with new skills outside of your comfort zone. • Provide Pursuit Support Services and other responsibilities as assigned • Respond to customer questions in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. • 协助撰写符合所有要求的高质量解决方案，以及与其他人合作，以提供卓越的客户体验。 • 选择适当的数据收集和分析方法，以及制定明智的建议，塑造或支持客户的业务战略。 • 简化复杂的信息，突出和总结关键点。 • 突破自己的舒适区尽可能的开发新技能。 • 提供解决方案支持服务及其他指派的任务。 • 及时、准确、专业地回答客户的问题。 • A bachelor's degree or above from a prestigious global institution. • Ideally with academic or working background in Audit, Assurance, Banking, Financial Service, Tax, Insurance, Marketing. • 1+ years solid practical functional experience in strategy/strategic planning, organizational restructuring, Business Transformation, or operational improvement etc. Experience with a reputable consulting firm is preferred (MBB/Big4 Consulting/LEK/RB/OW etc.). • 1+ years of direct proposal development experience would be an advantage but not essential. • Ability to apply expert knowledge to deliver the defined solutions for the client in alignment with client's business strategy. • Excellent business sense, logical and analytical thinking, consultation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to quality delivery. • Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities (certified PMP & 6sigma is a plus). • Proficient in MS suites; • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (CET 6 and above or equivalent) • 毕业于全球著名院校的本科或以上学位优先。 • 具有审计、鉴证、银行、金融服务、税务、保险及市场的学术或工作背景。 • 1年以上战略/战略规划、组织重组/转型和运营改进方面的交付经验。有知名的咨询公司经验者优先。 • 1年以上项目标书撰写经验将是一个优势，但不是必需项。 • 能够应用专业知识，根据客户的业务策略为客户提供已定义的解决方案。 • 拥有出众的商业意识、逻辑和分析思维、咨询、陈述和人际交往能力，以及对质量交付的坚定承诺。 • 优秀的项目管理和利益相关者管理能力（拥有PMP&6sigma认证优先）。 • 精通Microsoft Office Suites； • 流利的普通话和英语（CET6及以上或等同资格）
