Job description: • Complete monthly accounting entries in Kingdee system, closing and reporting; • Prepare monthly PRC financial report, payroll summary and internal management report independently and efficiently for senor’s review; • Conduct the research on some specific accounting or payroll topics and draft the advisory memo; • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as clients, authorities officials, third parties to handle daily recurring tasks under the guidance of seniors and managers; • Handle small and simple accounting or payroll consulting projects; • Responsible for filing internal documentation; • Issue monthly bills for senior and manager’s review Requirements: • Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance or Taxation is preferable; • Around 1-2 year’s working experience in accounting department of foreign invested companies or CPA firm; • Practical experiences with domestic accounting software like Kingdee and Yonyou or international accounting system like SAP/Oracle; • Familiar with PRC statutory accounting principles, standards and procedures; • Holding a Qualified Accountant Certificate (初级会计资格或中级会计资格) or passed several courses of CPA/CTA exam will be highly preferred; • Good digital capabilities such as PowerBI, Python, Uipath will be a plus • Good communication skills, good client service responsibilities and practical problem solving skills; • Smart, diligent, reliable, numerical sensitive, good learning capabilities and could work under pressure; • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
