Job Responsibilities： 1. Identify work opportunity between engagement and SDC delivery team continuously. 不断拓展现有审计业务团队和SDC交付团队之间更多的合作机会 2. Sort out the process and identify the risk lies in. 整理流程并识别内在风险 3. Develop and update SOP (standard operating procedure) & Newsletter for transformed services to make sure delivery team can get the latest instruction and support. 编制及更新移转业务的标准业务流程和新闻，保证业务交付团队获得最新的业务指引和支持 4. Continuously apply AI or other advanced technologies to improve the quality and efficiency. 善用智能人工或其他前沿技术持续提升质量与流程效率 5. Deliver relevant training to delivery team. 为交付团队提供相关的培训 6. Coach and upskill delivery team. 为交付团队提供辅导以提高交付团队的技能 7. Perform the quality control(OER, QC program) and give feedback. 进行项目运营中的关键质量控制点复核(如OER，QC program核检)，并出具复核报告 8. Highly commitment to client value creation. 致力于向客户提供有价值的卓越服务 9. Execute other supporting activities assigned by direct service expert. 执行直属业务主管安排的其他辅助工作 Job Requirements： 1. Bachelor's / Master's degree of any disciplines, accounting、auditing、Computer science 、information management or accounting related major is preferred. 会计、审计、计算机、信息管理或其他财务相关专业本科及以上学历 2. Excellent writing and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including presentation skills. 优秀的中英文口语和书面表达能力，包括演讲技能 3. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage multitask at the same period. 能独立承担相应的工作，具备同时处理多任务的能力 4. Efficient analytical and problem-solving skills. 具有较强的分析与解决问题的能力 5. Flexible, self-motivated and with intellectual curiosity. 适应灵活的工作方式并且能自我激励 Advantage： 1. Experience in IT general control review ,IT application control review or audit is preferred. 具有相关信息系统一般控制审阅，应用程序控制审阅或审计经验者优先 2. Certification of CISA, CIA, CICPA, HKICPA, ACCA is desirable and other CPA is preferred. 拥有CISA/CIA/CICPA/HKICPA/ACCA其中一个或多个证书者优先 3. Knowledge on any of COBIT control framework, ITIL process framework, SDLC, etc. is a plus. 了解任一方面知识领域：COBIT控制框架，ITIL过程框架等优先 4.
