Job Description & Responsibilities Perform risk management procedures including drafting engagement letters and budgeting projects;Scope out projects; Identify deal issues and provide suggestions for solutions; Assist clients in deal structuring and documentation matters; Work closely with tax diligence,valuations diligence and commercial diligence teams to develop and execute joint projects; Manage deliverables and projec economics. Reporting structure & key relationships Report to managers, senior managers Requirements Two to five years of relevant experience including audit, due diligence and consulting; Big Four accounting firm or equivalent background preferred; Plus: CICPA qualified and technically strong; Experienced in managing MNC and domestic clients; Excellent business sense and commercially aware; Excellent financial and business analytical skills; Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; and Bright, team players, who work effectively under pressure.
