Senior Associate - IT Services - IT Core - Shenzhen/Hong Kong

Job description Support the annual IT budget and monthly forecasting process, including gather data, prepare templates, and consolidate inputs from IT managers. Monitor IT expenditures, perform budget variance analysis, and prepare financial reports for management review. Assist in forecasting and planning for software renewals, hardware replacements, and other technology-related costs. Manage the end-to-end IT procurement process, including sourcing quotations, raising purchase orders, and tracking purchases. Act as the primary point of contact for IT vendors, maintaining effective relationships and coordinating procurement-related matters. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT budget tracking, procurement, vendor management, and contract administration. Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and data modelling. Solid understanding of IT hardware, software, and service cost structures. Hands-on experience with the core financial processes of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis is an advantage. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
