Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Kubernetes Expert to lead our cloud-native infrastructure initiatives. In this role, you will architect large-scale K8s environments, build robust observability platforms using the LGTM stack, drive DevSecOps transformation, and pioneer the integration of AI agents into our operational workflows. If you are passionate about automation, open source, and leveraging AI to solve complex infrastructure challenges, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: K8s Cluster Architecture & Operations: Design, deploy, upgrade, and maintain large-scale production Kubernetes clusters. Ensure maximum availability, security compliance, and performance optimization through proactive management and kernel-level tuning. Observability Platform Engineering: Lead the end-to-end construction of our observability ecosystem. Leverage the LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir/Prometheus) and OpenTelemetry to deliver unified full-stack monitoring, log aggregation, distributed tracing, and intelligent alerting. DevSecOps Leadership: Architect and evolve our DevSecOps strategy. Drive the adoption of secure CI/CD practices, embedding security checks and compliance standards directly into the development lifecycle across all engineering teams. AI-Driven Operations (AIOps): Spearhead the integration of AI into cloud-native operations. Develop and deploy AI Agents for automated incident response, self-healing systems, and predictive resource scheduling to enhance system reliability and efficiency. Qualifications: Must-Have Skills Experience: 5+ years in Backend Development, SRE, or DevOps, with at least 3 years of hands-on production experience managing large-scale Kubernetes clusters. Container Internals: Deep expertise in the container ecosystem. You must understand K8s core components (Scheduler, Controller Manager, Etcd, CNI, CSI, Network Policies) inside out and possess strong troubleshooting and kernel-tuning skills. Observability Mastery: Proven expertise in building observability solutions from scratch or refactoring legacy systems. Specific experience with the LGTM stack and the OpenTelemetry ecosystem (Collectors, exporters) is required. GitOps & Package Management: Expert-level knowledge of ArgoCD (configuration, management, debugging). Proficient in Helm and Kustomize for managing complex application lifecycles in multi-cluster environments. Coding & Automation: Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Go, Python, or Java) combined with advanced Linux Shell scripting skills. Ability to develop custom operators, tools, and automation frameworks independently. Language: Professional proficiency in English (Reading/Writing) is mandatory. You must be comfortable consuming technical documentation, writing reports, and communicating via email in English. Nice-to-Have (Differentiators) AI + Cloud Native: Experience applying AI/LLMs to operations (e.g., log anomaly detection, root cause analysis). Familiarity with AI Agent architectures, tool use (skills), and related frameworks is a significant plus. CI/CD Toolchain: Extensive experience with diverse CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, JFrog Artifactory) and designing complex branching strategies for multi-environment deployments. Spoken English: Fluency in spoken English to collaborate effectively in international meetings and technical workshops. Community Engagement: Active contributions to K8s-related open-source projects or possession of advanced certifications (CKA, CKS, CKA). ? What We Offer Global Exposure: Work in a fully English-speaking environment alongside top-tier international engineering teams. Flexible Work Model: We offer hybrid work options with irregular remote days. Sustainable Culture (No "Involution"): We prioritize efficiency and results over long hours.
