For TPRM services: mainly service vendor/distributor operation review and control risk assessment consulting Role and responsibility: Taking key role in delivering work (e.g. summarizing key points from interviews and document reviews, drafting reports) Working closely with client, client’s partner company and the engagement team in communication Navigating in challenging and dynamic business operation and process scenarios, structuring and solving complex problems Coaching subordinates Requirements: 4-5 years working experiences with extensive knowledge of GRC, internal control, internal audit, risk management. Business and financial acumen, excellent communication, problem solving skills, team-working, resilience under pressure Deep-dive understanding of R&C sector commercial operations, or being a quick learner Fluent in English (both oral and written, e.g. familiar with writing English report and leading interviews in English)
