A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare monthly payroll reports and other management reports. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining office contracts, managing office repairs and maintenance (R&M), handling payments and receipts, and ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures Job Description & Responsibilities: Oversee payroll processing, tax reporting, and office payments and receipts in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Manage office contracts, including lease agreements, vendor services, and renewals Coordinate office repairs and maintenance (R&M), ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations Liaise with Hong Kong counterparts to ensure seamless cross-office communication and operational alignment Provide administrative support to partners Support the team with general administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments as directed by supervisors Requirements: Higher diploma or above; Minimum 5 years of experience; Proficient in MS Office. Experience with using Mircosoft Outlook is desirable; Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin is a plus; Team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skill; Mature, independent, multi-tasking, well-organized, and self-motivated.
