Manager / Senior Manager - Transfer Pricing - Tax - Hong Kong

A career in our Transfer Pricing team, within Tax services, you will focus on providing guidance and support to clients on transfer pricing matters, leading the creation and implementation of impactful transfer pricing strategies. You will help businesses establish and maintain appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities, maintaining compliance with tax regulations and minimising the risk of disputes. As a Manager / Senior Manager you will supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You'll also conduct thorough assessments of clients' current transfer pricing processes and systems and providing proficiency advice on fitting technology solutions. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Lead the team to devise solutions to complex transfer pricing issues for multinational corporations Develop and manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams Advise clients on transfer pricing risk management, planning opportunities, and dispute resolution strategies Develop and review transfer pricing policies, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with OECD guidelines, local regulations, and client requirements Monitor legislative changes and industry developments impacting transfer pricing and proactively communicate implications Mentor and supervise junior team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or a related discipline Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong ethical standards and commitment to upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
