Senior IO Technical Services Advisor

Activities: Compliance & Conduct Adhere strictly to company HSE policy and code of conduct in daily work. Technical Support Recommend general IO products and specialties with full understanding of onsite environment and equipment, as well as customer’s business challenges Finish customization of technical documents based on customer’s business needs Demonstrate product strengths/performance with the comparison with competitors, through FAB analysis to better show TotalEnergies product advantages Provide training on normal IO products and specialties both internal and external Guide the customers to fill IO products into all equipment correctly, and ensure a successful operation Identify potential business opportunities through regular customer visits; Solve complicated technical problems for all IO products through technical measurement Proactively provide equipment monitor service, and give technical advice upon the results and customer’s business needs Provide advanced technical training both internal and external Update and make new technical documents according to business requirement Monitor product application and finish product application report to follow up product performance; Guide technical service advisor or sales to support complex technical issues Share with technical and sales team about new technical knowledge and solutions Cross function supporting in different regions to handle complex technical problems Build and maintain technical and product application database to ensure technical support efficiency. Focus on important segments / Niche product applications and give professional technical support; Support to launch and promote new products, support for the new application of products; Implement Lubrication Audits to get improvements on maintenance cost savings through our solutions; Complete other jobs or projects assigned by line management Technical Communication Communicate closely with IO Market / Product managers regarding the specific products information. Develop and maintain a library of technical competitive information to be shared in the zone; Feedback for the technical service programs to be more efficient for IO business support; Collect IO product, application and services information on the competition, and share internally; Participate to exhibitions and seminars to present TotalEnergies for image promotion if needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical industry; Technical knowledge in Lubricants Has a basic knowledge of HSE, knows and applies Golden Rules in his/her line of work, knows how to report an HSE event. PC proficiency is essential (Microsoft Office, Windows environment) and knowledge of excel is preferred. Fluent in both English and Chinese Mandarin At least 6 years’ work experience in chemicals or mechanical, lubricant industry experience will be a plus
