About The Role
Activities: 1.Comply with TotalEnergies policies about HSEQ and code of conduct 2.Lead the team to responsible for the Distributor and dealer Management: -Develop China distributor and dealer strategy and establish relevant procedures and policies for execution. -Own the process of network distributor management, following DMS+ instructions and rules. -Assist VP-AO Aftermarket on commercial policy design and implementation, work closely with sales teams on distributor screening, management and empower. -Lead the “BlueSky Project” for efficient cross-authorized area selling management and value chain protection. -leverage the opportunity management tools for business development tracking and efficient follow up -Design and lead various programs to increase the distribution territory coverage and provide guidance to sales teams. -New distributor candidate pool development through the connections with industry partners -Develop distributor management tools for sales staff and managers. -Initiate and coordinate distributor conferences. -Control and monitor annual distributor agreement signing and certificate issuance. 3.Lead the team to drive Training and Distributor Competence Development: -Develop training frameworks based on competency models, especially for selling skills and channel-related hard skills. -Establish or leverage digital and non-digital training platforms for China lubricant distributors, building trust and confidence. -Provide advice and consultancy for AO distributor learning and development activities to meet commercial needs. 4.Lead the team to design and promote the use of Digital Tools: Support sales teams in utilizing digital tools, collaborating with Marketing Digital for effective deployment including but not limited to SSM, OA & other performance tracking digital platform. 5.Ad-Hoc Projects: Handle ad-hoc projects, campaigns, or new tasks assigned by N+1. Qualifications: -Has a basic knowledge of HSE, knows and applies Golden Rules in his/her line of work, knows how to report an HSE event. -Bachelor degree or above -At least 10 years’ experience in distributor management, with minimum 3 years’ experience in managerial role. -Holistic view with strategic thinking -Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong in conflict handling -Strong project management skills and selling/coaching skills -Sound leadership quality, able to lead cross functional teams for certain tasks -Good command in both oral and written English -Willingness to work a flexible schedule and undertake extensive business travel
