Technical Service Engineer

Activities: -Guarantees technical marketing of imported PP Automotive compound. Develop and build technical contacts with key local customers and global/regional Totalenergies customers based on North of China. -Technical support for sales development of localised PPA from Totalenergies plant and toll compounder. -Marketing of PPA from local plant Develop and build strategic technical contacts with key local customers and global/regional Totalenergies customers based on North of China. -Premarketing. Develop and present technical information to customers, promotion of new products to customers and OEM for new projects in order to achieve qualification; develop product strategy (product development priorities) for future growth. -Provide technical support and service Attend mould trial, recommend moulding conditions and tool design. Co-ordinating CAE support, trouble shooting, claim handling and regulatory works. -Ensure compliance with local government, Totalenergies China and corporate HSE rules. -Provide mutual support to PPA activities in other regions; TS&D counterparts Co-ordinating overseas customers activities in China for global car platforms and main network contact person. -Support airbag business: provide daily technical service and develop new projects in China airbag market -Collect the quality complaint and support QA manager to find the root reasons, help customers to solve the quality issues on time. Qualifications: -Technical Service experience minimum 5 years in automotive materials, injection molding experience in compounding plant or tier one in Automotive field -University graduates major Polymers or Chemical background -Polymer materials or chemical engineering major -Familiar with Microsoft Office software -Understand the company’s HSE policy; know and apply the golden rules and all HSE rules applicable to your line of work -Strong knowledge of injection moulding equipment and processes, able to attend mould trial and advise customers -English with good communication
